Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin welded part with improved weld strength, even having a simple shape of weld surface.SOLUTION: A spin weld part 1 includes a shaft 2 having an approximately cylindrical shape, a flange part 3 outwardly extending in a disc shape from the lower part of the shaft 2, and an opening 4 at a part of the bottom of the flange 3. A weld resin 9 to be melted as weld material is attached to the bottom of the spin weld part 1. When the spin weld part 1 is rotated at a high speed, the weld resin 9 is melted by frictional heat, and a part of the resin enters the opening 4 to be welded.
