A spindle device 1 comprises: a housing 2; a motor 4 provided on the anti-load side of the housing 2; a main shaft 3 including a disk 10 and rotated by the motor 4; and a first supporting member 15 provided on the load side of the main shaft 3. The first supporting member 15 comprises: first radial supply ports 21 and second radial support ports 22 for supplying compressed air to the main shaft 3 from the radial direction; and first thrust supply ports 23 for supplying compressed air to the disk 10 along the thrust direction from the anti-load side, thereby supporting the main shaft 3 in a noncontact manner.
