Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate greater accuracy of a frequency generator and to reduce torque ripples by fixing a motor driving circuit substrate and a stator to a bearing after positioning according to the outer diameter of the bearing. CONSTITUTION:A lower ball bearing 13 holding a shaft 1 is such that a part 13a of its outer diameter is fixed to a housing 15, and that another outer diameter is exposed from the housing 15. A circuit substrate 6 is positioned and is fixed to a part 13b of the outer diameter being exposed by means of fitting and others, and a stator 7 is positioned and is fixed to another part 13c by means of fitting and others. Accordingly, the same shaft of a frequency generation (FG) pattern adhered on the circuit substrate 6 with a FG magnet adhered on a rotor yoke 9 is exposed with greater accuracy, and the high accuracy of FG is attained easily. A gap 7b between a slot section 7a of a stator 7 and a main magnet 8 reduces variations, as well as torque ripples.
