The spindle moving type lathe is equipped with a first tool support means for supporting a bite tool which machines by abutting to the workpiece rotating by the rotation of the spindle, a second tool support means for supporting a rotary tool for drilling a hole with respect to the workpiece in a rotation stop state due to the rotation stop of the spindle, and a machining control means which picks up the workpiece and controls it so as to receive the machining by the first and second tool support means.
