PURPOSE: To provide a capillary hole group of a spinnerette which has a trilobal core opening and a sheath arrangement enclosing the core opening and having the openings of an elongated shape provided with plural ends in proximity to each other, easily and stably produces a spun bi-component fiber and is suitable for production of carpet yarn, or the like.

CONSTITUTION: A desired capillary hole group 10 disposed at the spinnerette plate for melt spinning from a molten polymer is the capillary hole group 10 having the trilobal core opening 11 which has the three interconnected lobes 14 radially extending outward at a spacing of about 120° and the sheath arrangement 12 which encloses the core opening 11 in a triangular pattern as a whole and has at least the three openings of the elongated shape having the end faces proximate to each other.
