Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning apparatus free from a ballooning of single yarn generated between a spinning member and a doubling guide and therefore free from causing a trouble of yarn breaking by the ballooning and deteriorating a quality of the doubled yarn like conventional spinning apparatus.
SOLUTION: This spinning apparatus is configured by setting the spinning member P in which plural number of yarn generating units Ua and Ub each composed of a hollow guide spindle part S having a hollow guide spindle 28 in which a yarn passage 32 is formed and a spinning nozzle part N having an air jetting nozzle 21 generating a whirling air current acting on a point 29 of the hollow guide spindle 28 is provided in a spinning room 20 are built and doubling the single yarns Ya and Yb generated by plural number of the yarn generating units Ua and Ub to take up as the doubled yarn Y.
