Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning machine display system capable of confirming whether or not the thickness and length of an actually cut yarn defect part meet a clearing limit with high precision.
SOLUTION: This spinning machine display system includes a plurality of local controllers 4 and a central controller 20. The local controller 4 is provided with a yarn defect discriminating means 19 for discriminating a yarn defect which is cut based on waveform data taken in from a clearer head 8 and the prescribed first judgment reference, and for preparing the first data about the thickness and length of the cut yarn defect. The central controller 20 is provided with a display means 5 for displaying a clearing limit having the axes of the thickness and length, in addition to the first judgment reference. A plurality of the first data cut by the yarn defect discriminating means 19 are sent to the central controller 20 to superimpose the first data on the clearing limit for displaying.
