The winding zone B of the spindle 22 reaches a nip point P between the roller 33 and a counter roller 33a placed opposite to the roller keeping a minimum gap H of >40-70 mm from the nip point P. There is no yarn guide restricting the tip end of the balloon of a yarn 6 between the apparatus 20 and the drafting apparatus 30 and the angle β between the axial line 21 and the fiber flow of the drafting apparatus is 30-50°.
