Abstract:
To provide a fishing spinning reel that can reliably secure smooth rotation of an operation cover while being made lightweight.SOLUTION: A fishing spinning reel 301 comprises a reel body 310 comprising a body front part 312, a backstop device housed in the body front part 312 to prevent reverse rotation of a rotor, and an operation cover 350 comprising a switching operation part 355 and rotatably supported by the body front part 312. The body front part 312 is provided with a supporting part 319 slidably supporting the operation cover 350. The supporting part 319 comprises a plurality of contact parts 321-325 and 331-333 in contact with the operation cover 350. The respective contact parts 321-325 and 331-333 are circumferentially separated from the other contact parts 321-325 and 331-333 circumferentially arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
