This spinning winder is furnished with a revolving device 13 to positionally change a plurality of the bobbin holders B-1, B-2 by revolution, an oscillating member 21 free to move in the both directions on a revolving central line M of the revolving device 13, a connecting means 22 to connect the revolving device 13 and the oscillating member 21 free to connect and disconnect to each other and the device 23 for the bobbin holder provided on the oscillating member 21. The device 23 for the bobbin holder is a sensor 35 of the compressed air supply device 18 to supply compressed air for bobbin releasing operation to the bobbin holder B-2 and the rotation number measuring device 19 to measure rotating speed of the bobbin holder B-1.
