Abstract:
To provide a spinning machine or winding machine workstation having a housing and a method of operating the same.SOLUTION: The housing includes a stationary frame and at least one displaceable segment (13), the at least one displaceable segment (13) supported to be displaceable between an operating position and a maintenance position, the segment (13) when in the operating position, at least partially covers at least one fiber outlet and/or at least one electronic component (21) of the workstation (1), and the at least one fiber outlet and/or the at least one electronic component (21) is accessible to the user when in the maintenance position.
