PURPOSE: To prevent the rattling noise to be brought by the play in the radial direction by providing an elastic pressing device so as to work on a spiral cable on both sides of a cable passage.

CONSTITUTION: A radial inner side and a radial outer side of a spiral cable 22 are partitioned by an inner cylindrical wall 24 of an outer part 21 and by an outer cylindrical wall 25 of an inner part 23, respectively. In addition, cable passages 26, 27 to pass bent cable end parts 28, 29 of the spiral cable 22 are formed on the inner cylindrical wall 24 and the outer cylindrical wall 25, respectively. An elastic pressing device 33 to hold the spiral cable 22 separate from the inner cylinder wall 24 by a spring device to work on the spiral cable 22 in an area of the cable passage 26 is provided. The rattling noise to be brought by the play in the radial direction can surely be prevented, and a flat cable to be wound up as the spiral cable 22 can be smoothly moved.
