Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer coil that is hard to cause a problem of a feeding trouble of metal pipes when feeding the metal pipes from the coil wound up in multilayer.SOLUTION: A spiral coil stack is characterized as follows: a coil stack is formed by stacking a large number of spiral coils with metal pipes spirally wound around in an extension direction of a central axis of the coil stack; the coil stack comprises an A layer spiral coil having the most inside connected with the most inside of the spiral coil of the layer above one, and having the outermost side connected to the outermost side of the spiral coil of the layer under one and a B layer spiral coil having the outermost side connected with the outermost side of the spiral coil of the layer above one, and having the most inside connected to the most inside of the spiral coil under one; the A layer spiral coil and the B layer spiral coil are repeated alternately; and the metal pipe of the spiral coil of each layer has a curvature radius changing continuously, and wound so that a gap between the adjacent metal pipes may become smaller than a metal pipe diameter.SELECTED DRAWING: None
