To provide a spiral hanger where connection intensity of a connection part between spiral hangers is improved without deteriorating attachment and detachment operability, and come-off due to tensile force to an axial direction can be prevented in the spiral hanger constituting a spiral coupling object by connecting coupling members fixed to both end parts.

The spiral hanger includes a wire 5 which is spirally bent and formed, a first coupling member 15 which is fixed to one end part of the wire and has an engaged projection 17 at a tip part, a second coupling member 20 which is fixed to the other end part of the wire and has an engaged recess 22 engaging the engaged projection of the first coupling member, and a coupling ring 25 fixed over outer faces of both coupling members in a state where the engaged projection is engaged into the engaged recess. The coupling ring includes an L-shape slit 26 at one end edge in the axial direction, and engaged projections 18 that can be inserted into the L-shape slit at the outer face of the first or second coupling member.
