Title:
SPIRAL NON-PRICK NEEDLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012071087
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a spiral non-prick needle, for allowing anyone to easily rotate the needle at a fixed speed since, in a conventional acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, a stimulation is not uniformly given to the skin by pinching and rotating a needle by fingertips when rotating the generally used non-prick needle.

Since multiple spiral and fine grooves are formed in the body part (2) of a needle, the needle is rotated only by softly pinching the body part (2) of the needle by fingertips and, in the state, rubbing the body part (2) of the needle down to the distal end (1) of the needle. Thus, the time and labor to re-pinch the needle for another rotation is avoided and also a fixed number of rotations and fixed speed are kept. Consequently, a constant amount of stimulation is given to the skin.
