The heat-fusible fibers S1, S1 are fused to the wefts Sf, Sf, etc., and the fused wefts Sf, Sf, etc., prevent the disioning of the warps Sp, Sp, etc., through the heat-fused fibers S1, S1, and can be cut in a short size and arranged on the outside of the heat-fused fibers S1, S1.
