To provide a spirulina composition with which an effect for lowering a blood total cholesterol value is furthermore improved.
This spirulina composition includes 100 pts.wt. spirulina powder, 0.04-40 pts.wt. vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), 0.02-20 pts.wt. plant enzyme powder and 0.01-10 pts.wt. sporogenous lactobacillus powder. Vitamin C is constituted of L-ascorbic acid. The plant enzyme powder is enzyme powder produced by slicing and fermenting a raw material as it is such as oligosaccharide, unrefined sugar, sucrose, Chenopodium, Mallotus japonicus, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, ginkgo leaves, araliad, curcuma, Acanthopanax senticosus Harms or Cassia obtusifolia, or by adding saccharides thereto, followed by fermentation and maturation thereof, and then drying a stock solution obtained by filtering them. The sporogenous lactobacillus powder is preferably Lacris bacteria powder.
