PURPOSE: To uniformly distribute liquid by discharging the liquid distributed from liquid conducting means in a direction perpendicular to a liquid transfer direction onto one or more splash plates arranged side by side with the liquid conducting means to which the liquid is discharged.

CONSTITUTION: The one or more liquid conducting means 6 for distributing-the liquid in the direction perpendicular to the direction where the liquid is transferred are disposed. Holes 3 for discharging the liquid distributed from the liquid conducting means 6 onto the one or more splash plates 10 arranged side by side with the means 6 to which the liquid is discharge are disposed. The splash plates 10 are provided with apexes 14 which are parallel with the transfer direction of the liquid. Bottoms 11 including two ore more bent blocks 15, 17 bent with alternately opposite angles with respect to the apexes 14 are disposed. Consequently, the more uniform distribution of the liquid is made possible.
