PURPOSE: To provide a splicer that reliably enables the running of a drawing tool relative to a long housing path made by the connection of housing tubes with each other and also smoothly enables the running of a wiring and piping material and the replacement of existing wiring and piping material with new ones to a much greater extent.

CONSTITUTION: Connection ports 31 to which a housing tube 10 is connected are formed on both ends of a splicer 30. The splicer 30 has a main body 30a which is entirely formed cylindrically. In the inside of the main body, a rotating member 44 in which a rotating shaft 34 is rotatably fitted and a traveling path 32 to which a traveling path 12 of the housing tube 10 will be connected are provided. A drawing tool, for running a wiring and piping material, is to travel in the traveling paths 12 and 32.
