Title:
SPLINE POSITIONING TOOTH-HAMMERING BUFFER MECHANISM OF VEHICLE POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015064040
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spline positioning tooth-hammering buffer mechanism of a vehicle power transmission device, which can suppress tooth hammering noise of paired gears arranged on the upstream side of a torque transmission passage rather than a spline fitting part.SOLUTION: In a spline positioning mechanism (spline positioning tooth hammering buffer mechanism) 200 of a hybrid drive unit 1, a key part 40 which imparts elastic forces in rotating directions R1, R2 to a rotor shaft 17 and a drive shaft 18 of a motor 12, is arranged at a portion in which the rotor shaft 17 and the drive shaft 18 of the motor 12 overlap each other. Furthermore, the key part 40 is arranged so that positions in the rotating directions of an inner spline 173 of the rotor shaft 17 and an outer spline 183 of the drive shaft 18 of the motor 12 are positioned in prescribed positioned, and imparts the elastic forces in the rotating directions to the rotor shaft 17 and the drive shaft 18 of the motor 12 so that the positions are restored to the prescribed positions.
