Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split blind nut that suppresses looseness after fastening so as to hold a strongly fastened state over a long term.SOLUTION: A split blind nut 1 is made up of a plurality of split nut pieces 2. Each of the split nut pieces 2 includes: a female screw part 21 disposed on an inner peripheral surface thereof; a tapered part 23 whose diameter is increased in a taper shape toward a front end of the split nut piece 2; and a flange part 24 disposed on a basal end of the split nut piece 2. The front end of each of the split nut pieces 2 is provided with an elastic member 3 that applies a restitutive force in a diameter reduction direction.
