Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep satisfactory productivity and a lubricating property at low cost by collecting a plurality of split nuts forming a part of a nut, and constituting the split nuts by use of a sintered metallic material. SOLUTION: A pair of halved split nut members 11a, b are divided in halved form by the plane including the nut central axis, and the inside female screw part 11c of a nut 11 formed by symmetrically collecting them is threadedly engaged with a feed screw 4. The nut housing hole 10C of a nut holding frame 10 is formed of first and second hole parts 10c1, 2 for housing and holding the split nut members 11a, b, it has a flank T having a common mounting reference end surface S and a difference in level, and the nut members 11a, b are axially pressed by a leaf spring member 12 installed to the end surface S, so that no backlash is caused. The nut members 11a, b can be easily molded by compressing and sintering by use of a prescribed metal mold. Thus, the nut members can be produced at a low cost, and a satisfactory lubricating property can be kept by impregnating a sintered metallic material with oil.
