Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advantageous dividing plan for applying a plurality of order lots. SOLUTION: A first dividing plan is made for assigning the product appropriation weights of two order lots A, B to manufacture lots and equally dividing the order lots not to exceed the upper limits of single weights (S104). A second dividing plane is made for equally dividing the order lot A having the weight equal to the upper limit of the single weight by a division number which is subtracted one from that of the first dividing plan and equally dividing the order lot B having the weight which is subtracted the equivalent of the order lot A from the single weight of the manufacture lot to be in the least division number within the upper limit of the single weight (S105). A third dividing plane is made for equally dividing the order lot B having the weight equal to the upper limit of the single weight by a division number which is subtracted one from that of the first dividing plane and equally dividing the order lot A having the weight which is subtracted the equivalent of the order lot B from the single weight of the manufacture lot to be in the least division number within the upper limit of the single weight (S106). After the first through third dividing plans are compared with one another, the plan to be employed is decided.
