The split valve 100 communicates with an outlet 1a of a container 1 and a receiving inlet 2a of a receiving container when a powdery particle feeding unit accommodated in a container 1 is shifted to a receiving container 2 and comprises an active valve 3 which can choke the outlet 1a and can open-close directly by an open-close handle, a passive valve 4 which can block the receiving inlet 2a, an electromagnet 14 for the active valve 3, and the electromagnet 27 for a passive valve which can attract the valve disk of the passive valve 4 by a magnetic force in the closed valve direction by the passive valve 4 which can be magnetized. The active valve 3 is magnetized and at the same time, the electric field by the electric magnet 27 for the passive valve is removed and the valve disk of the passive valve 4 sticks fast to the valve disk of the active valve 3 so that both valve disks can be integrally operated.
