PURPOSE: To arouse attention in a driver, etc., during travelling, and to prevent the collision and deviation of a car to a guardrail by mounting a emission means and a fixing member to the guardrail while installing a light source to the emission means.

CONSTITUTION: An emission means, in which the inside of a flexible high- molecular clad material machined in a pipe shape is filled with a core material consisting of a viscous liquid-like substance, is housed in a protecting tube 3 formed in a hollow pipe shape by an acrylic resin, etc. On the other hand, a fixing member 2 composed of a material having stiffness, corrosion resistance, etc., is formed in a ring shape, and a setscrew 21 is inserted into the slot 2A of the fixing member 2 and the hole 1C of a guardrail 1 and clamped by a nut 22, thus surely fixing the protecting tube 3 onto the surface side 1A of the guardrail 1. A light source 5 is connected at the central section of the emission means 4 through a connecting tube 40 constituted in the same manner as the emission means 4. Accordingly, the emission means 4 is light-emitted in a line shape, not in a dotted shape, and visibility is improved, thus remarkably enhancing the safety of a road.
