Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a spool positioning method and a device thereof in a carrying conveyor to carry out a spool box inputted onto the carrying conveyor to the next process by correcting a position without passing through a manpower.
CONSTITUTION: A spool positioning method and a device thereof are constituted by arranging a position correcting process 20 to correct a position so that a spool box Wx housing spools W becomes parallel to the carrying direction of a carrying conveyor 10 and a width positioning process 30 to determine a width of the position-corrected spool box Wx in series to each other in the carrying conveyor 10 to which the spool box Wx housing plural spools W is supplied.
