Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise implement enabling an older person to execute squat exercise at ease.SOLUTION: An exercise implement for squat exercise includes: a base (10) including a step board (11) to load the legs of a user; a pole (20) erected on the base (10); a back plate (30) swingable in the vertical direction by an elastic body; and traction means (40) towing upward the upper body of the user. The exercise implement makes a user perform squat exercise in a state of upward towing the upper body of the user seated on the back plate (30) by the traction means (40) by mounting the end of the traction means (40) on the pole (20). The traction means (40) is configured of a sheet body (41) to be applied to the back of the user, and a longitudinal expansion/contraction body (42) towing the sheet body (41) by connecting one end to the sheet body (41), and the other end of the expansion/contraction body (42) is mounted on the pole (20).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
