A shoe comprises a shoe main body and a mounting hole 6 dent-firmed on the surface of a shoe sole 2 and plural kinds of exchangeable blocks 3, 3' to be mounted into the mounting hole 6. The each of exchangeable block 3, 3' has a engaging structure to the mountain hole 6 and has different special projecting block pattern each other formed on the surface and the exchangeable block to be mounted into the mounting hole is changed corresponding to the conditions of a road surface.
