Abstract:
A sports shoe, in particular for winter sports and field games in the open, with heat insulation, is to be designed in such a manner that this heat insulation is not very bulky, is very light and yet guarantees good heat insulation properties. This is achieved in that the shoe upper (4), at least in the region from the toe (6) of the shoe to the central foot region (7), and possibly also the tongue (5) and the inner sole (13), are provided with a heat reflection layer (8) which reflects in particular towards the inside (Fig. 1).
