Abstract:
PURPOSE: To develop a shutter blade which is an iris unit constituting member of a spotlight.
CONSTITUTION: Black zinc galvanizing 43 is performed on the surface of a thin iron plate with flexing elasticity and fluorine-contained grease 44 is coated on the galvanized surface so as to constitute a shutter blade 41 which is an iris unit constituting member. Thereby, it is possible to provide a spotlight equipped with the iris unit being excellent in durability and smooth operating characteristics and allowing no occurrence of operating sounds and smells caused by heat.
