To propose a spouting container in which an inner plug C can be freely varied in orientation with respect to a container body A having a directional barrel 2 so that its spouting direction can be freely selected to support various kinds of users and in addition which surely prevents associated inconvenience such as a liquid leakage.

The inner plug C with a spout is rotatably fitted via a frame B which is fitted over the upper end of a container body neck 3, and the presence of the frame B provides sufficient liquid-tightness and smooth sliding ability with the plug C.
