Abstract:

To improve the efficiency of cooling an inner side steel plate without the use of the material of high heat conductivity or increasing the consumption of cooling water by increasing cooling surface area forming protrusions on the inner surface of the inner side steel plate.

An oven lid 12 comprises a hollow body 14 of a hollow structure comprising an inner side steel plate 14 and an outer side steel plate 16 as a main body and a cooling means 19 is arranged to the inside of the hollow body 18. The cooling means 19 comprises a ring form water feeding header 20, feeding pipes 22 connected to the feeding header 20 radially and spraying nozzles 24 being attached to the feeding pipes 22 and pointing to the inner side steel plate 14. Cooling water from the outside source is fed to the feeding header 20, the cooling water fed to the header 20 is sprayed on the inner surface of the inner side steel plate 14 through the feeding pipes 22 and the spraying nozzles 24. Protruding rod form bodies 26 are formed on the inner surface of the inner side steel plate 14.
