Abstract:
To provide a spray dryer wherein explosive pressure can be instantaneously and reliably dispersed upward even when explosion occurs in a drying chamber.
In the spray dryer 10, a dried object is sprayed into the drying chamber 12 and dried by heated gas. The drying chamber 12 has a ceiling portion 28 to be opened when pressure in the drying chamber 12 exceeds a preset value.
