Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth painting even when applying coating material having insufficient fluidity by connecting a coating material introducing pipe to a coating material receiving bottom part provided with an applicator and also inserting a spray air introducing pipe in the coating material introducing pipe up to the tip of the coating material introducing pipe or before it.
SOLUTION: A coating material introducing pipe (c) is provided successively to a coating material receiver (a), and the tip part of the coating material introducing pipe (c) is fitted with a coating material spray port (b), and also an spray air introducing pipe (d) is inserted in the coating material introducing pipe (c) and is provided with a stop valve (e). And the outer front part of the coating material receiver (a) is fitted with a vibrator (f) and also the outer rear part of the coating material receiver (a) is provided with a handle (g). The spray air introducing pipe (d) is opened at the tip part of the coating material introducing pipe (c), and the coating material is discharged from the coating material spray port (b) in the stage at which the coating material reaches the opening of the spray air introducing pipe (d). During discharging this coating material, the vibrator (f) is vibrated to cause the coating material to smoothly flow to the coating material introducing pipe (c), allowing coating work to be done to the end.
