Abstract:
To prevent adhering substances such as a powder from adhering to the spraying port of a spray gun and the peripheral part of the port.
A hot air sending pipe 21 is spirally wound around the outer circumferential side of a double fluid nozzle and communicated with a hot air spraying nozzle 18. During the spraying, hot air is sprayed toward a spraying port 11 for a spray liquid and a spraying port 12 for air for atomizing, and the temperature of both spraying ports 11, 12 during the spraying is kept at a temperature higher than the dew point, so that the dew formation of moisture in the air flowing in to both spraying ports 11, 12 based on the convection can be prevented and substance deposition can be prevented.
