Abstract:
To provide a spray mechanism for a freezing granulator improving quantitativity and reproduction property in production of frozen fine particles.SOLUTION: There is provided a spray mechanism for a freezing granulator 11 comprising: a heat insulative processing vessel 12 having an opening 12a on a top part; and a spray nozzle 15 for spraying sample liquid toward a liquid level L of low temperature liquid stored in the processing vessel 12. The spray mechanism comprises: a lid body 13 covering the opening 12a; a cylindrical metal nozzle storage part 14 penetrating the lid body 13 in a vertical direction, for communicating inside and outside parts of the processing vessel 12, and supporting the inserted spray nozzle 15; and an electric heater 18 being embedded in the nozzle storage part 14 for transferring heat to the spray nozzle 15. The lid body 13 has operation means 21 for moving the spray nozzle 15 which is supported by the nozzle storage part 14 and inserted into the nozzle storage part, in a direction for approaching or separating from the liquid level L of the low temperature liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
