Abstract:
To provide a spray nozzle attachment adapter which can easily connect a nozzle having no engagement part engaged with a nozzle connection port in a peripheral direction to the nozzle connection port of a spray nozzle unit in a state that the nozzle is positioned in the peripheral direction.SOLUTION: A spray nozzle attachment adapter 30 comprises: a cylindrical relay member 31 having a protrusion 31b engaged with a notch 20a of a nozzle connection port 20 in a peripheral direction; a cap 32 for attaching a nozzle 40 to the relay member 31 by positioning it in the peripheral direction; and a union nut 33 for connecting the relay member 31 to the nozzle connection port 20. The union nut 33 is constituted of two halved nut members 34 which are screw-connected to the nozzle connection port and assembled to the relay member 31 so as to be rotatable and immovable in an axial direction, and a ring member 35 which is externally fit to the nut member 34 so as to be relatively non-rotatable and holding an assembling state of the nut member 34 to the relay member 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
