A concrete material is ejected from a nozzle body 12 as a concrete stream in a specified direction. A nozzle auxiliary body 13 is attached to a nozzle body so as to surround the outer peripheral face of the nozzle body and an air chamber 14 is formed between the nozzle auxiliary body and the outer peripheral face of the nozzle body to communicate with an air ejection outlet 1 3e. The air ejection outlet has an opening of a predetermined angular range around the central axis of the nozzle body, and the opening is positioned at the lower side of the horizontal axis against the perpendicular axis. The nozzle body is provided with a first taper face 12c inclined to the radial inward side of the nozzle body, in the air ejection outlet. As a result, when air is supplied in the air chamber, air is blown from the circumferrence of the concrete material flow in the direction crossing the concrete material flow from the lower side. Hence, paste concrete dripping from the nozzle body can be mixed with concrete material flow.
