Title:
SPRAY PIPE FITTING STRUCTURE OF PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL PROCESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3739932
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of components, to eliminate the need for a spring, and to decrease the assembly man-hour.
SOLUTION: A fitting hole 284 is bored in a side plate 270 and the shaft part 288 of a cap 286 is inserted. A plug part 290 is pressed into the mouth part 58A of a spray cap 58 and one end side of the spray pipe 58 is fixed to one side plate 270 across the cap 286. While a skirt part 294 is pressed against the side plate 270 and elastically deformed, the shaft part 288 is inserted deep into the fitting hole 284 of the side plate 270. Then the spray pipe on the other end side is inserted and fixed in the spout of a supply pipe which supplies processing liquid by making use of the restoring force of the skirt part 294. Consequently, a metallic spring is unnecessary unlike before and the number of components can be decreased.
