Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a spray type dampening water feeder wherein dampening water a water quantity distributing ratio of which is large is fed in a uniform specific particle size to a printing plate or a dampening roll.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle hole 36 of a spray nozzle is normal to an axis 50 of the nozzle hole 36. Two points 01, 02 are taken at positions symmetrical to the axis 50 on a plane P in contact with a surface of the nozzle hole 36. Circular arcs L1, L2 are drawn by a radius larger than a half of a distance between the two points by taking those two points as centers. When a distance between intersecting points M, N of both circular arcs is taken as (b), and a distance between intersecting points K, H of straight line 01-02 with the circular arcs L1, L2 is taken as (a), a shape enclosed by the circular arcs L1, L2 within a range of a/b=1/2-1/4, and a converted diameter of which is 0.4-0.9mm, is provided.
