PURPOSE: To enhance adhesion and snow melting effect by inserting liners for fixing the height into a snow melting board which is placed side by side, installing corner protectors on the crossline between the bottom surface and the side surface to connect the boards at the same height, and installing grouting passages on the bottom surface.

CONSTITUTION: At four side corners of a snow melting board 1 placed adjacent to a spray water-less snow melting board 1 incorporating a radiating pipe and lattice-shaped reinforcing bars, recesses 5 for corner alignment are disposed to insert liners for fixing the height. On the crossline between the bottom surface and the side surface, L-shaped corner protectors 4 are installed to connect the snow melting boards 1 at the same height. A filling material is poured through grouting passages 6 disposed on the bottom surface of the board 1 to secure the board 1 to the roadbed. At the side, a radiating pipe inlet 9 and a radiating pipe outlet 10 for underground water or the like are connected by a connecting member 11 to form a set of snow melting boards, and communicate with a water supply main pipe 12 and a return main pipe 13, respectively. Thus, the snow falling on the snow melting boards 1 is melted by the flow of water through the radiating pipe.
