PURPOSE: To provide a spray water-less snow melting board which eliminates the difference in height and offers high snow melting effect by installing bar receiving members for fixing the height on the side surface of snow melting board, corner protectors on the bottom and side surfaces, and grouting passages on the bottom surface.

CONSTITUTION: A snow melting board 1 is mounted on the roadbed 8 by screwing a hook of lifting female screw 3 on the side surface of the board 1 and by lifting the board 1. The fine adjustment of height is made by turning leveling adjusters 7 on the bottom surface. The snow melting boards 1 placed side by side are connected at the same height by inserting fixing bars into opposing bar receiving members of the adjacent board. Next, a filling material is poured through grouting passages 6 disposed on the bottom surface to secure the snow melting boards 1. After that a radiating pipe inlet 9 and a radiating pipe outlet 10 installed on the side surface of adjacent snow melting board to allow underground water or warm water are connected by a connecting member 11, and are connected to a water supply main pipe 12 and a return main pipe 13, respectively, to radiate the accumulated heat in the snow melting board and to effectively melt snow falling on the board.
