PURPOSE: To obtain the title agent which can prevent mud or dust present on an auto mat from dusting by mixing water with a polyalcohol.

CONSTITUTION: At least one member selected from among a monoalcohol (e.g., ethanol), a surfactant, a mildewproofing agent, a deodorant and an aromatic agent is added to a base comprising 0-95 pts.wt. water and 5-100 pts.wt. water- soluble polyalcohol (e.g., ethylene glycol).
