Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device which evens out pressure of air supplied to a two-fluid nozzle without increasing the volumetric capacity of a tank and can maintain a constant particle diameter of mist jetted from the two-fluid nozzle.SOLUTION: A spray device includes: a two-fluid nozzle 1 which mixes water with air to jet the mixture; an air tank 2 which stores air; an air pressure sensor 3 which detects pressure of the air in the air tank 2; an air pressure adjustment valve 10 which adjusts the pressure of a gas flowing from the air tank 2 to the two-fluid nozzle 1; and a control part 25 which causes the air pressure adjustment valve 10 to adjust the pressure of the air flowing from the air tank 2 to the two-fluid nozzle 1 according to the pressure detected by the air pressure sensor 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
