Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a spraying device capable of preventing scattering of refractory covering material.
CONSTITUTION: The opening 19 of a box body 12 is allowed to abut on the rear surface of the lower flange 20 of an H-type steel beam 18. A nozzle 46 performs oscillating motion and refractory covering material is sprayed. A front fin 26, a transverse cover 28 and cover material 30 are arranged in the peripheral edge of the opening 19. A clearance between the rear surface of the lower flange 20 of the H-type steel beam 18 and the opening 19 is surrounded. A suction machine is connected to a hole 36 of the lower end of the box body 12 and the inside of the box body is regulated to a state of negative pressure. Therefor, refractory covering material which does not stick on the rear surface of the lower flange 20 of the H-type steel beam 18 is not scattered in the air and is held in the box body 12. Since the refractory covering material in the box body 12 is sucked through the hole 36 by the suction machine, the refractory covering material is not collected in the box body 12 and spraying work is continuously performed for long time.
