Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a spraying material capable of improving initial coagulating force and making the quantity of rebound and the quantity of dust small by incorporating a cement mortal consisting essentially of cement, an accelerating agent and a colloid solution of silica or alumina or an alkali silicate aq. solution.
SOLUTION: The spraying material for being sprayed on an exposed ground or mountain surface of, for example, a road, a rail way and a tunnel such as a conduit is obtained by incorporating a cement mortal consisting essentially of cement, the accelerating agent and a colloid solution of silica or alumina or the alkali silicate aq. solution. By using the spraying material, the initial coagulating force is increased and the quantity of rebound or the quantity of dust is reduced. And since the initial and long term strength exhibiting property is improved by jointly using gypsum, the cost effectiveness is attained with the decrease of spraying thickness, the shortening of spraying time and the reduction spraying quantity.
