Abstract:
PURPOSE: To protect and reinforce a structure in a short period of time after setting by adding a polymn. catalyst to a chief material before adding an accelerating agent to the chief material and by specifying a method for adding the accelerating agent to the chief material.
CONSTITUTION: The chief material essentially consisting of cement contg. the polymn. catalyst is supplied to a liquid feed pipe for a spraying material in a spraying method. The accelerating agent consisting of an aq. soln. of acrylate or methacrylate is supplied at 0.5 to 50m/sec linear speed to the chief material fed into the liquid feed pipe from ≥2 pieces of supply pipes 3 which are connected to the liquid feed pipe in the positions within 1m before the front end 2 of an injection hole for the spraying material so as to have 30 to 90° feed angle with the feed direction of the chief material and have pipelines 4 intersecting with each other within the liquid feed pipe for the spraying material when extended further. The chief material and the accelerating agent are thereafter ejected from the ejection hole 1.
