Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform actions for different mechanisms by means of a common switching valve by arranging a main vice open/close driving hydraulic cylinder and a conveyance driving hydraulic cylinder in a main vice mechanism and a material feeding vice mechanism individually and arranging a sequence circuit operating the respective mechanisms.
CONSTITUTION: After a material feeding vice mechanism 15 is retracted from an ordinary retraction position Q1 to a spread, the material feeding vice mechanism 15 is driven so as to be advanced by means of a conveyance driving hydraulic cylinder 22, and a workpiece W is conveyed to the cutting position P side by a total (L+S) of a cutting length L and a clearance S by means of the material feeding vice mechanism 15. Then, a switching valve 39 is switched to a position (c), and the first pipe line 36 and the second pipe line 37 are connected to a tank 41 side, while the third pipe line 38 is connected to an oil pressure source 40, so that the hydraulic oil in a rod side chamber 33 in the main vice mechanism 11 is discharged, while the hydraulic oil is fed to a head side chamber 34, and the main vice mechanism 11 is closed, while an oscillation lever 23 is returned to the original point showed by a virtual line by means of a spring 26.
