Title:
SPREAD SPECTRUM SIGNAL DECODER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3391064
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a spread spectrum signal decoder capable of accurately detecting the edge timing of demodulated data.
CONSTITUTION: An exclusive-OR circuit 4 and a digital carrier generator 5 eliminate a carrier component from a received signal that is a spread spectrum signal. A C/A code generator 6 generates a C/A code as a prescribed periodic signal. A digital correlator 7 inputs the received signal from which the carrier component is eliminated by the exclusive-OR circuit 4, and the C/A code by the C/A code generator 6, and measures the correlation values of both signals sequentially at every measuring time in which a C/A code period is bisected. A controller 8 sets the correlation value in the measuring time other than that equivalent to a C/A code phase out of a set of correlation values by the digital correlator 7 as the correlation value including a data component in a section of time of 1msec. Also, the controller 8 detects the edge timing of the demodulated data based on the correlation value.
