Abstract:
To provide a spring assembly, an energizing body, and a pressing method which can achieve pressing while switching from large pressing force to small pressing force.SOLUTION: A first projection 3 projects from a first plate 2, and a protrusion 4 protrudes from the first projection 3 to a direction almost orthogonal to a projection direction of the first projection 3. A second projection 8 projects from a second plate 7, and an engagement through hole 12 is formed in the second projection 8. The protrusion 4 protrudes from the engagement through hole 12, and the protrusion 4 is separated from at least one of a pair of edges of the engagement through hole 12. The other end of a second coil spring body 6 projects from a projection through hole 11 formed in the second plate 7. Accordingly, even when the protrusion 4 is abutted to the lower side edge of the engagement through hole 12, a spring assembly 1 continuously presses a piston 23 toward a side where a clutch 22 exists based only on second energizing force of the second coil spring body 6, and the piston 23 is slowly brought into contact with the clutch 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
